Why aren't my AI insights showing?

2 min read

AI insights require two conditions to be met before Glowr can generate them. If either is missing, the insights panel will show a notice explaining what's blocking them.

Requirement 1: at least 70% platform coverage

Glowr needs data from most of your connected platforms to generate meaningful cross-platform insights. If one or more platforms are in a Failed or Not Connected state, your coverage may drop below 70%.

Requirement 2: data less than 24 hours old

Insights are based on current data. If your most recent sync is older than 24 hours, the insights engine pauses until fresh data is available.

How to check your coverage

  1. 1.Look at the AI insights panel — it shows your current coverage percentage.
  2. 2.Platforms in a Healthy or Stale state count toward coverage. Failed and Not Connected platforms do not.
  3. 3.To raise your coverage, reconnect any Failed platforms (see the Platform Health section) or connect additional platforms in Settings → Integrations.

What to do when a platform is stale or failed

  • Stale platform: wait for the platform's reporting delay to clear, or manually trigger a sync
  • Failed platform: reconnect from Settings → Integrations
  • Not Connected: connect the platform to increase your coverage and unlock more insights

Even with insights unavailable, your metrics and charts remain fully functional. Insights are an additional layer on top of your core data.
