Each connected integration counts as one platform — YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, etc. Spark connects 1; Rise connects 3; Pro connects 8; Creator Pro and Studio are unlimited.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Your data stays intact. If you downgrade to a plan with less history (e.g. from Pro to Rise), older data is preserved but temporarily inaccessible until you re-upgrade.
Auto-tracked revenue comes directly from connected platform APIs. Manual entries are logged by you. Every source carries a confidence score so you always know which numbers are confirmed vs estimated.
The Dark Archive continuously backs up all your content, metadata, analytics snapshots, and revenue history to creator-owned storage. If a platform bans or deletes your account, your data survives. Available on Creator Pro and Studio plans.
Yes. Rise and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial — you're not charged until the trial ends. The Spark plan is free forever with no credit card required. Creator Pro and Studio: contact us if you'd like to discuss a trial before committing.

Add-ons are niche platforms — Substack, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Rumble — that aren't included in any base plan. You can add any of them for $4.99/mo each. They're billed alongside your plan and can be removed anytime from your integrations settings.
Add-ons are available on Pro, Creator Pro, and Studio plans. Spark and Rise users will see the add-on options but cannot activate them — upgrading to Pro or above unlocks the ability to add them.
Benchmarks compare your follower growth, engagement rate, revenue, and platform count against anonymous aggregate data from creators in your segment — no individual data is ever visible. The creator score is a daily 0–100 health score across growth, engagement, revenue, consistency, and diversity dimensions. Both are available on all plans once your segment has 50+ creators.
The decision engine is a prioritised list of up to 5 actions based on your live data — refreshed daily. It surfaces what needs attention first: a failed platform sync, an engagement metric below your segment median, a revenue diversification opportunity. It draws on your creator score and benchmark position automatically.
