Managing your billing and subscription

All billing is managed through Glowr's billing settings page (Settings → Billing). For advanced billing actions — updating payment methods, downloading invoices, or viewing detailed billing history — you can access the Stripe billing portal directly from the same page.
Viewing your current plan
Settings → Billing shows your current plan name, subscription status (Active, Trial, Past due, or Canceled), next billing date, and a line-item breakdown of your monthly charge including any add-ons.
Changing your plan
To upgrade or downgrade, go to Settings → Billing and click "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Updating your payment method
If your subscription is past due, a banner will appear in your billing settings with a "Update payment method" button. This opens the Stripe portal where you can add or update a card.
Cancelling your subscription
Click "Cancel subscription" in Settings → Billing. You'll see a summary of what you'll lose access to and your access end date. Confirm to proceed. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for unused days, but you retain access until the period ends.
Invoices and billing history
All invoices are available in the Stripe billing portal — accessible from the "Manage subscription" link in Settings → Billing. Each invoice shows the amount, date, and itemised charges including any add-ons.
If you're on a trial and want to cancel before being charged, cancel before the trial end date shown in your billing settings. No charge will be made.
