What do the data states mean?
2 min read
Every platform connection in Glowr has a state that tells you how fresh and reliable its data is. Here's what each state means.
Healthy
The platform synced successfully within the expected window and returned fresh data. No action needed.
Stale
Glowr connected to the platform but the data returned hasn't updated recently. This is often caused by a platform-side reporting delay rather than a Glowr problem — TikTok and Instagram in particular can be slow to finalize analytics.
Stale data is still shown — it's just labeled so you know it may not reflect the last 24 hours. Check back in a few hours before making decisions based on this data.
Failed
Glowr could not connect to the platform or the platform returned an error. Data for this platform is not currently showing. Common causes include an expired OAuth token or a platform API change.
A Failed state means your data is out of date and AI insights may be affected. Reconnect the platform as soon as possible.
Partial
The sync completed but some data points couldn't be retrieved — for example, revenue data may be unavailable while follower counts synced fine. This usually happens when a platform restricts certain API scopes.
Not Connected
You haven't connected this platform yet, or you've disconnected it. Go to Settings → Integrations to connect it.
