Understanding AI insights

3 min read

AI insights are on-demand analysis reports generated from your verified platform data. Glowr analyses patterns across your connected platforms and presents observations — things you might not notice looking at one metric at a time.

What insights contain

  • Cross-platform comparisons — which platforms are delivering the best engagement or revenue per effort
  • Trend context — whether this month is actually better or just noise relative to your baseline
  • Consistency observations — changes in posting cadence and their correlation with performance
  • Benchmark context — where your metrics sit relative to creators in your segment
  • Revenue pattern observations — which income sources are growing or contracting

Glowr's AI reports present observations, not instructions. They describe what is happening in your data — you decide what to do with that information.

When insights are available

AI insights only generate when two conditions are met: your data coverage is at least 70% (meaning most connected platforms have synced successfully), and your data is fresh (at least one platform synced within the last 24 hours). This ensures insights are built on reliable, current data rather than stale or partial information.

If your AI insights page shows a data coverage warning, check your platform connections in Settings → Integrations. Reconnecting any failed platform will typically restore insight generation.

Usage limits

Insights are generated on demand — you click "Generate insight" and a report is created from your current data. Monthly limits apply by plan: Pro (15/mo), Creator Pro (50/mo), Studio (150/mo). Limits reset on the first of each month.

  • Pro: 15 reports per month
  • Creator Pro: 50 reports per month
  • Studio: 150 reports per month
  • Spark, Rise: AI insights not available — upgrade to Pro or above

Viewing past reports

Every generated report is saved to your account. Open the AI Insights page from the sidebar to see your report history — reports are listed newest first with the date they were generated.

Generate an insight after a significant content moment — a video that performed unexpectedly well, a bad engagement week, or after connecting a new platform. These are the moments where the context is most useful.
