How to export your data

2 min read

Data export (CSV and JSON) is a V2 feature — planned for post-launch. Your data is safe and fully retained. To request a manual data export in the meantime, email support@glowr.live.

Glowr lets you export your data at any time. Your data belongs to you — exports are always available regardless of your plan.

What can be exported

  • Analytics history — follower counts, views, engagement rates, and platform metrics over time (CSV)
  • Revenue records — all auto-tracked and manual income entries with confidence scores (CSV)
  • Platform connection history — sync logs and health history for each platform (JSON)

How to export

  1. 1.Go to Settings → Data & exports.
  2. 2.Choose the data type you want to export: analytics history, revenue records, or all data.
  3. 3.Select the date range.
  4. 4.Click "Export." A download link will be emailed to your account address within a few minutes.

Large exports (12+ months of data) may take a few minutes to prepare. You'll receive an email with the download link once the file is ready.

Dark Archive (Creator Pro and Studio)

Creator Pro and Studio plans include the Dark Archive — a continuous, comprehensive backup of all your published content metadata, analytics snapshots, and revenue history stored in creator-owned cloud storage.

Dark Archive exports include everything in the standard export plus: content metadata (titles, descriptions, tags), historical analytics snapshots at the time of publication, and a full audit trail of all revenue entries.

If you're a Creator Pro or Studio subscriber, set up your Dark Archive in Settings → Archive before you need it. It takes about 15 minutes to configure and runs automatically after that.
